The room is big and bed was comfortable. The bathroom are spacious too with enough amenities. The cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved. I love that it is halal certified and you are able to eat with peace of mind. The hotel is close to the main mall too (5km away)

Check in time was 3pm (we checked in at night, 11pm) and check out time was 12noon. we checked out at 12.20noon and the reception (the morning shift guy) "threatened" to charge us extra. He was very2 rude and throughout our conversation, he dont even bother to stand up. just sitting on the chair with his annoyed face. Other staff (bell boy, the cafe staff and the night shift reception guy was super friendly and helpful) Kindly take note of the morning shift guy during our stay and send him to training on how to treat paying customer better

New hotel with arabic modern design with superb facilities and room. Friendly and helpful staff. The best choice for those who want to run away from the busy environment of hatyai city.

I was just not satisfied with the way one of the Manager on duty for the morning shift handles things,to me he is just not professional enough.And he is not fit to be in a management post.Bad behaviour too.It all happen when my childrens room electricity went off at about 0300am++,Yes u must be wondering My Childrens! I have 3 of them in a room of their own age 21yrs (My Eldest daughter/17yrs (older son/11yrs old (youngest son),Firstly they were awaken when they realised the lights went off when they was about to utilise the toilet,my daughter call up the room service and explained to them what went wrong and 1 of their technician went up to fix and 20-30mins all done,after a while suddenly the Ac went down when they suddenly felt hot in the room,call up room service again to get it fix and it take quite some time for them to fix,Well,im not trying to be demanding but i think the Manager in Charge for the day shld knows whats happening or perhaps he could get the room change for them (Guests)! We only realised this incident only after the next morning when my daughter told me.When we confronted the Manager the next morning all he can say he Don't Know while raising his voices?!?! Is this the Answer shld we as parents/Guests accept!?!? I really hope something could be done,if this could happen to my family it could happens to yours too.To me when he is in this Line the etiquette must be there,everyone shld be served with Respect! Well,i just felt so disappointed when i assumed a Manager supposed to be polite and thoughtful. But he is just plain Rude. No Spa/No Sauna No Fitness Centre No Massage or Reflexology Apart from that the rest is ok! Hotel is a distance from the city,peace and quiet.

Muslim friendly hotel with excellent room, good muslim & halal food although a little off from city centre. Very quite and good for relaxing. Central Festival/Asean Night Bazaar is a short distance away.

Some facilities like health & Fitness Centre is not ready & under construction.

Breakfast was good even though with very minimal selection. The front door men was very nice and helpful and good personality (5* rating to these 2 gentlemen) .

The hotel manager- Mr Arrogant! He put us in a very stressful situation, he threaten us to call the police once we argue about something fishy on extra cleaning charges they put on us. Seriously need to improve the housekeeping department, the room floor was not properly clean, even, the furniture inside my room was left "untouch" after daily cleaning service.. The sofa cover that I think was the center of our argument was not change until the day we left the hotel. They don't even provide the itemised bill to us. Enough to say that they are not professional and been transparent to their guest!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The toilet is very clean. The breakfast was great too considering we can eat everything, its halal! Located at quiet area too.

It's far from Hatyai town. It was stated in the page that they are 750m from city centre. A bit misleading unless they measure the distance using straight line. Grab around THB80-90 per way to Hatyai town.

The hotel is very new. The room is spacious. Located within green scenery and beside main road to Hatyai (AH2). The hotel cleanliness is no doubt. The staff is very friendly. Some of them able to speak in English and Malay. The breakfast is OK and halal certified.

The hotel is not located near to Hatyai town. You need to take Tuk Tuk or Taxi to go there. approximate around 5KM to Lee Garden Plaza. You can ask hotel to book taxi for you or you can use Thai Grab. No shop available in this hotel. The hotel should have at least one shop inside the hotel. The restaurant should have baby chair for small children to sit. Hotel also should provide 2 cards key. It is very difficult for me to go outside and inside. No pool towel provided.

Food is fabulous even not much choice but its still superb ..rooms are great and very clean ..comfortable..affordable..journey to city not an issue it takes 8 to 10 mins i can said its a relax of mind accomodation..owner of the hotel is the best person i had met ..low profile friendly..i've been talking abt this hotel to everyone in Singapore ..tks

No free TukTuk service to Night market, Morning market or even to central festival. Need to have own transport or prepare to pay expensive TukTuk service.

Good place for relaxing. Architectural works were good and instagram-worthy. Halal and Muslim friendly hotel, what’s not to love?

The location was a bit off. It’s about 15-20minutes drive from Hat Yai’s city centre and the same duration from Hat Yai International Airport. Quite a fair bit of money was spent on transport throughout our 4D3N stay. No other facilities nearby except for a vast piece of land, highway and the wide blue sky Oh yeah, I also gave feedback to the staff. Must vary the breakfast options. Two days of breakfast were enough to stop me from having the same thing on the third morning ????.
